Subscription fees cover access to the software only. Calls, texts, emails, AI usage, phone numbers and carrier registration fees are not included in the monthly plan price and are charged separately based on actual usage, billed monthly to the card on file. AI voice calls use both voice minutes and AI credits. Usage rates may change with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all usage generated by your account, including automated workflows and AI agents you turn on. Unused usage does not roll over and is non-refundable. Carriers may block or filter messages; delivery is not guaranteed.

Does it work with my lead vendors?
Yes. Facebook lead ads, Google Ads, website forms and CSV uploads from any vendor or aged lead list. Every lead is tagged by source so you know what's actually paying off.
Is the AI voice agent compliant?
Forms capture TCPA consent, DNC tags stop all outreach automatically, and messaging follows carrier rules. You're responsible for calling only consented leads, and we help set it up correctly.
What about texting registration (A2P 10DLC)?
Every texting account needs carrier registration. The Done-For-You Setup add-on includes it; otherwise we provide pre-written, insurance-approved templates to make it easy.
What does usage cost?
Your plan covers the software. Calls ($0.05/min), texts ($0.03/segment), email ($1.50 per 1,000) and AI credits are pay-as-you-go, billed monthly. A typical agent working 300 leads a month spends roughly $40–$100 on calls, texts and email, plus AI credits if AI agents are turned on. You control it: turn AI and automations up or down anytime.
Is there a contract?
